Bristol Central Library

There is no dedicated baby change room in Bristol Central Library, but there is a baby change mat within the male and female toilets on the upper floor.  Access is by a lift within the building near the cafe and children’s book section.  Step-free access to the library itself is not by the main entrance, but by a ramp about 50m to the right of the main doorway.

The baby change facilities themselves are quite sparse, with a single old fold-down changing mat hovering just above the bins.
