Westgate Oxford

There are several baby change facilities in the Westgate shopping mall in Oxford town centre, but this one is on the very top floor near the terrace area.  It has it’s own dedicated room, with plenty of space for a pushchair and an excellent range of facilities.  The only annoyance is making it all the way up to the top floor to the baby change, especially if you have been shopping lower down within the Westgate mall.
