The baby change on Burnham-on-Sea promenade is located within the public toilets on the South Esplanade, next to the tourist information centre and the Bay View cafe.  There is no dedicated baby change room, just a fold-down changing mat within the female toilets only.

Access is available via a ramp, and there is lots of space once inside to park a pushchair whilst you are using the baby change facilities.  Note that there is no baby change in the male toilets next door.
