There is a dedicated baby change room within the main toilet area inside Cadbury Garden Centre. The area is towards the rear of the garden centre interior, accessible step-free via walking through the main gift shop section. The toilets are located next to the main restaurant within Cadbury Garden Centre (not the cafe near the entrance).
The room is quite large, although access can be an issue during busy times if there is a queue outside the female lavatory area as this can block the door. There is a large area for changing with 3(!) bins, and a separate seat and toilet.
